A WORD OF CAUTION FOR ANY FIRST TIMERS
A word of caution for anyone trying Pre Top Sirloin for the first time...expect to be hooked. I had all but cut out red meat from my diet, yet here I am, jonesing for it like a drug addict all because I tried PRE. I've dated quite a few guys who were steak addicts and who dragged me to one steakhouse or another to try some dry aged something or another and nothing I have ever eaten at any of those places was half as good as this top sirloin which I simply cracked fresh peppercorn over and then pan seared. Start to finish, I can have better than restaurant quality steak in under 20 minutes.
