Accessibility Statement for Pre Brands

Pre Brands LLC is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone, and applying the relevant accessibility standards stated in Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act 1998.

What we did

To help us make the Pre Brands website a positive experience for everyone, we've been referring to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible for people with disabilities, more compatible with assistive technology, and more user friendly for everyone.

The guidelines define three levels of conformance: Level A, Level AA, and Level AAA. We’ve chosen Level AA as the target for the Pre Brands website.

How we did it

Pre Brands has reviewed our previous website and determined that remediating our previous website will allow us to provide an accessible digital experience most quickly. We hired 3rd party professionals to help us achieve our goal of WCAG 2.1 Level AA accessibility on the remediated site which we launched in Nov 2021.

During the remediation process we addressed the areas of our current website that did not confirm to the Level AA accessibility standard.

The remediation process included several rounds of manual and automated testing on Windows and Macintosh computers, as well as iOS and Android mobile devices using NVDA, JAWs, or VoiceOver, as appropriate.

Statement of Exclusion

There are some areas of our website, provided by 3rd party vendors, that we have learned may not be accessible or usable by everyone equally. We understand that all areas must comply with the WCAG 2.1 Level AA guidelines, and we will update those areas as soon as possible.  Third parties that need to be updated are:
