What is the Paleo Lifestyle?

The Paleolithic diet, also known as the Paleo diet, or caveman diet is based around eating foods that could be hunted and gathered. This diet references the Paleolithic era for your meals. Usually these foods include lean meats, fish, fruits, vegetables, nuts and seeds and cutting out dairy, legumes and grains.
