How does Pre fit into my Paleo Diet?
When you follow Paleo, you want to only eat whole, unprocessed foods, and when choosing meat, particularly beef, the best choice is grass fed & finished. That way, you know the cattle has never been fed corn or grains and has never been in a feedlot. At Pre, we never, ever, work with farmers who use those methods of cattle raising. Our beef is sourced from farmers in Australia and New Zealand and they have raised cattle humanely for generations. The climate also allows for grazing on nutrient-rich pastures year-round. That means all the rich nutrients are then transferred to you as well as the healthy fats. This is why it is so important to eat grass fed meats, especially on a Paleo diet, because you are what they ate.
