Pre ( Farewell FAQs

We've got some news to share which is bittersweet. After careful thought, we've decided to make a few changes to keep things fresh and fabulous at Pre Brands! 

Starting March 15, 2024, we're shifting gears and saying goodbye to online transactions on our website. But don't worry – it's all part of our plan to focus on bringing you even better products and services!

Yep, you read that right. We’re shutting things down for now, so here’s what you need to know.

Important dates:

  • March 15– Shipping capabilities are no longer available. Shipping orders placed before March 11 will still be fulfilled as expected.
  • April 1– Subscriptions are disabled and no longer available. For any subscriptions that are placed before March 15, they will be scheduled for delivery before April 5th.
  • April 5 – All direct-to-consumer operations will be indefinitely paused and shopping capabilities disabled.


When will the direct-to-consumer store close?

  • Operations will end on March 15, 2024


What happens to my scheduled subscription?

  • If your subscription was scheduled to be delivered after March, you will not be charged from If your delivery date is before the end of March 2024, it will be delivered as expected. 

What happens to promo codes added to my account?

  • Promotions on will need to be used on the platform before the end of March.
