Steak Kabobs

Marinate the steak ahead of time and these kabobs grill up fast.

  • 1 Pre Ribeye steak
  • ½ cup Italian dressing
  • cherry tomatoes
  • sweet peppers
  • red onion
  • Skewers
  1. Cube steak into 1 ½ inch pieces. Place in a bowl and pour Italian dressing over beef. Toss steak in dressing to coat evenly. Cover and refrigerate for at least four hours.
  2. If using wood skewers, make sure to soak them in water for at least a half-hour before using.
  3. Thread ingredients onto skewers, alternating meat, and vegetables.
  4. Heat grill or grill pan over high heat, add skewers and cook for three minutes. Flip and cook for another two minutes for medium-rare steak.
