To make the dry rub, combine salt, pepper, paprika, onion powder and garlic powder. Set aside. Heat cast iron skillet on high for a few minutes. Rub steaks with a little bit of oil to help the dry rub stick. Sprinkle dry rub on the steak.
Once skillet begins to smoke, place steak inside and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side, or to preferred doneness.
Place cooked steaks on a plate and cover with foil. Allow to rest for 5-7 minutes. Meanwhile, whip your butter with a pinch of dried parsley and chives.
Serve a dollop of the whipped herb butter on the steak.
