Bacon Wrapped Poppers

Our 95% Lean Ground Beef gets spiced-up and wrapped-up in hot peppers and bacon. Serve with guac. (And water.)

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. Pre Lean Ground Beef
  • 1 tsp. paprika
  • 1 tsp. oregano
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. pepper
  • 1 package bacon
  • Recommended peppers: Jalapeño or Serrano

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375F. While preheating, mix ground beef and spices together. Slice pepper in half and remove seeds. Stuff beef into peppers.
  2. Put pepper pieces back together and wrap bacon around pepper. Place on baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes.
  3. Remove and let sit for 3-5 minutes. Serve with guacamole for dipping.
  4. Enjoy!
