    Ultimate Tailgate Sliders with Bacon Aioli
The bacon aioli really takes these sliders to the next level. Make them on the grill and serve at your next tailgate!
   
      
 
  Ingredients:
- 1lb Pre Ground Beef
 - 12 slider buns
 - 12 slices of Roma tomato
 - 12 pieces butter lettuce
 - 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar
 - 1/3 cup ketchup
 - salt & pepper to taste
 
Bacon Aioli
- 1/2 cup mayo
 - 1/4 cup or 3 strips crispy bacon, finely chopped
 - 1 small clove garlic, minced
 - 1 T lemon juice
 - 1 T Dijon mustard
 - salt & pepper to taste
 
- Preheat grill to high heat, scraping grates to clean and applying a small amount of cooking spray to season for a non-stick cook
 - While grill is heating, let PRE beef sit at room temperature for about 20 minutes, then form into 8-12 slider sized patties. season both sides with salt and pepper
 - Grill slider burgers 3 minutes per side, then turn the grill off, evenly top each slider with cheese, close grill lid and let cheese melt.
 - While cheese melts, make the aioli. Combine mayo, Dijon, lemon juice, minced garlic, and chopped bacon until evenly incorporated. Season with salt & pepper.
 - Let’s assemble! Spread bottom bun with ketchup, and add lettuce, slider, tomato, and a dollop of the bacon aioli, and close with top bun. Serve hot and enjoy!
