Sweet Corn Buffalo Sliders

Nosh-able buffalo sliders that are baked, not fried. Top with avocado and peppers for the perfect taste and texture combination.

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs. PRE ground beef
  • 1 cup whole kernel sweet corn
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tbsp. ghee or butter
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 avocado
  • handful of sweet peppers

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400F. In a large bowl, mix beef, corn, buffalo sauce, and salt. Mix thoroughly.
  2. Shape into 10-12 slider patties. Use both hands to make patties compact. Cook for 8-10 minutes.
  3. Remove from heat. Drizzle with buffalo sauce and top with sliced avocado and peppers on top.
