Combine one package of Pre ground beef with 1/4 cup chopped white onion, 1/3 cup breadcrumbs, 1/4 cup milk, 1 teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce, 1 large egg, 3 cloves of garlic, and salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning to taste.
Using a tablespoon and your hands, roll mixture into balls and arrange in a lightly oiled cast iron skillet. Bake meatballs at 400F for 20-25 minutes. Sauce
While meatballs are baking, combine equal parts grape jelly and ketchup in a saucepan, add red pepper flakes to taste.
Stir and bring to a boil, then let simmer until meatballs are done.
Pour sauce over meatballs in cast iron and save the additional for dipping.
