Marinate the steak ahead of time and these kabobs grill up fast.
- 1 Pre Ribeye steak
- ½ cup Italian dressing
- cherry tomatoes
- sweet peppers
- red onion
- Cube steak into 1 ½ inch pieces. Place in a bowl and pour Italian dressing over beef. Toss steak in dressing to coat evenly. Cover and refrigerate for at least four hours.
- If using wood skewers, make sure to soak them in water for at least a half-hour before using.
- Thread ingredients onto skewers, alternating meat, and vegetables.
- Heat grill or grill pan over high heat, add skewers and cook for three minutes. Flip and cook for another two minutes for medium-rare steak.
