Saucy Lips Nachos

Who doesn’t love loaded nachos? There are so many different toppings you can add to this nacho recipe like pickled jalepeño peppers, pickled red onions, sour cream, olives… the list goes on! We loved using Saucy Lip’s Tacos Whole30 approved Al Pastor Sauce with our 92% ground beef to to layer the nachos with.

  • 1 16 OZ package Pre 92% ground beef
  • 4 Tbsp of Saucy Lips Tacos Al Pastor Sauce
  • 1 16-ounce bag tortilla chips
  • Mexican cheese blend
  1. Remove ground beef from package and blot dry with paper towel. Heat a skillet on medium high heat and add the ground beef, breaking up the beef with a wooden spoon or mallet, add the Saucy Lips Tacos Al Pastor Sauce, stirring for about 10 minutes.
  2. Turn on the oven to broil
  3. Empty the the tortilla chips into an ovensafe dish, top it with as much shredded cheese as your heart desires, add the cooked ground beef and place into the broiler for 5 minutes (make sure to watch your nachos as they can overcook very quickly)
  4. Top your nachos with anything you would like to! Salsa, guacamole,  pickled jalepeño peppers,  pickled red onions, sautéed veggies, or really anything your heart desires.
