IPA Infused Shredded Beef Sliders

Here, the IPA is for cooking. (Not drinking. Cooking.) Here, in a slow cooker with our fall-apart roast. Grab some buns and dinner is served.

PREP: 10 min. ACTIVE: 20 min. PASSIVE: 6 hrs. DIFFICULTY Medium


  • 1 ½ lbs. Pre Chuck Roast
  • 1 tbsp. kosher salt
  • ½ tbsp. pepper
  • 1 tbsp. olive oil
  • 2 tbsp. rosemary (chopped)
  • 12 oz. of IPA style beer
  • slider buns
  1. Pat chuck roast dry with paper towel. Rub olive oil on both sides, and sprinkle thoroughly with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat skillet on high, then sear chuck roast for 2 minutes on each side until browned. Sprinkle rosemary over roast and cook for additional 30 seconds.
  3. Add chuck roast to slow cooker then pour IPA style beer over beef. Cover and cook on low for 6 hours, or until meat falls apart. Shred with two forks and serve on slider buns.
