IPA Infused Shredded Beef Sliders
Here, the IPA is for cooking. (Not drinking. Cooking.) Here, in a slow cooker with our fall-apart roast. Grab some buns and dinner is served.
Ingredients:
- 1 ½ lbs. Pre Chuck Roast
- 1 tbsp. kosher salt
- ½ tbsp. pepper
- 1 tbsp. olive oil
- 2 tbsp. rosemary (chopped)
- 12 oz. of IPA style beer

- Pat chuck roast dry with paper towel. Rub olive oil on both sides, and sprinkle thoroughly with salt and pepper.
- Heat skillet on high, then sear chuck roast for 2 minutes on each side until browned. Sprinkle rosemary over roast and cook for additional 30 seconds.
- Add chuck roast to slow cooker then pour IPA style beer over beef. Cover and cook on low for 6 hours, or until meat falls apart. Shred with two forks and serve on slider buns.
