Ingredients

Meat

    • 1 PRE® 85% Lean Ground Beef
    • 1 tablespoon chili powder
    • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
    • 1 teaspoon paprika
    • 1 teaspoon cumin
    • 1 teaspoon salt

Toppings

  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 1 cup favorite salsa
  • 1 cup favorite shredded Mexican cheese
  • 6-8 tortillas

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet on medium-high heat, brown ground beef for 6-8 minutes until there is no pink. Do not drain fat.
  2. Stir in chili powder, garlic powder, paprika, cumin, and salt. Taste and season with more salt or pepper. Set aside.
  3. Serve with warm tortillas and your favorite toppings!

Get the kids involved by having them measure and mix the seasonings in a separate bowl while you brown the ground beef.
