Ingredients
Meat
- 1 PRE® 85% Lean Ground Beef
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon salt
Toppings
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1 cup favorite salsa
- 1 cup favorite shredded Mexican cheese
- 6-8 tortillas
Instructions
- In a large skillet on medium-high heat, brown ground beef for 6-8 minutes until there is no pink. Do not drain fat.
- Stir in chili powder, garlic powder, paprika, cumin, and salt. Taste and season with more salt or pepper. Set aside.
- Serve with warm tortillas and your favorite toppings!
