Garlic Rosemary Meatballs
You need 7 ingredients for these meatballs. Don't skip out on the garlic. We promise they are just garlicky enough.
Ingredients:
- 1 pound Pre 85% Lean Ground Beef
- 1 egg
- 12 cloves garlic
- 1 tbsp kosher salt
- Black pepper
- 1 tbsp fresh rosemary, finely chopped + 4 whole sprigs for roasting and more for garnish
- Whole fresh cranberries (optional garnish)
- Heat oven to 400ºF. Grease a small baking dish.
- Whisk egg in a bowl and add beef. Grate 6 cloves garlic into the bowl and add salt, pepper, and rosemary. Use your hands to gently combine and form 12 meatballs. Place in baking dish.
- Place remaining garlic cloves and rosemary sprigs on and around meatballs. Cover with foil.
- Bake for 20 minutes. Remove foil and use tongs to flip meatballs. Bake for another 10 minutes.
- Allow cooling in the baking dish 5 minutes before plating. Serve with cocktail skewers.
