Farmer’s Market Burger Bowl
Burger bowls are a thing. And they are delicious. Eat up!
Ingredients
Burger
- 2 PRE Brand ⅓ lb. Burger Patties
- 2 c. mixed baby greens
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 tsp. olive or avocado oil
- 1 tsp. balsamic vinegar
- 2 eggs
- 2-4 radishes, thinly sliced
- 2 sprigs fresh thyme
Sweet Potato Fries
- 2 medium sweet potatoes, cut into wedges
- 2 tbsp. olive or avocado oil
- 1 tsp. salt
- ½ tsp pepper
- ½ tsp. garlic powder
- ⅛ tsp cayenne (optional)
Instructions
Burger
- Heat your grill to medium high.
- Pat burgers dry. Season with salt & pepper.
- Cook to desired doneness on hot grill.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add onions, stirring occasionally.
- Cook for about 15 minutes, then add fresh thyme and balsamic vinegar.
- Continue cooking until completely softened.
- In the same skillet, cook your eggs.
- Lay each burger on a bed of greens. Top with onions, sliced radishes, eggs, and extra thyme.
Sweet Potato Fries
- Preheat oven to 450. Line a baking sheet with parchment.
- Drizzle wedges with oil in a mixing bowl.
- Add spices and mix until all pieces are coated with oil and spices.
- Lay on your baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes, turning once.
- Allow to cool slightly. Enjoy!
