Farmer’s Market Burger Bowl

Burger bowls are a thing. And they are delicious. Eat up!

Ingredients

Burger

    • 2 PRE Brand ⅓ lb. Burger Patties
    • 2 c. mixed baby greens
    • 1 onion, sliced
    • 1 tsp. olive or avocado oil
    • 1 tsp. balsamic vinegar
    • 2 eggs
    • 2-4 radishes, thinly sliced
    • 2 sprigs fresh thyme

Sweet Potato Fries

  • 2 medium sweet potatoes, cut into wedges
  • 2 tbsp. olive or avocado oil
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • ½ tsp. garlic powder
  • ⅛ tsp cayenne (optional)

Instructions

    Burger

    1. Heat your grill to medium high.
    2. Pat burgers dry. Season with salt & pepper.
    3. Cook to desired doneness on hot grill.
    4. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add onions, stirring occasionally.
    5. Cook for about 15 minutes, then add fresh thyme and balsamic vinegar.
    6. Continue cooking until completely softened.
    7. In the same skillet, cook your eggs.
    8. Lay each burger on a bed of greens. Top with onions, sliced radishes, eggs, and extra thyme.

    Sweet Potato Fries

    1. Preheat oven to 450. Line a baking sheet with parchment.
    2. Drizzle wedges with oil in a mixing bowl.
    3. Add spices and mix until all pieces are coated with oil and spices.
    4. Lay on your baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes, turning once.
    5. Allow to cool slightly. Enjoy!
