Heat a large skillet to medium-high. Break the ground beef directly into the skillet. Sauté for 5-6 minutes while breaking up the beef with wooden spoon.
When there is almost no-pink left, season with salt, cumin, paprika, garlic powder, and white pepper.
Create an empty center in middle of beef and cook pine nuts until fragrant and slightly browned.
Remove from skillet. In same oil, sauté ramps until soft and caramelized.
In a large shallow bowl, pile hummus high in center. Surround with seasoned beef and ramps.
