Bunless Burger with Truffle Aioli

Burger ecstacy without the bun, and the truffle oil makes the aioli.

Ingredients:

Burger

  • 1 lb. Pre ground beef
  • ½ onion
  • 4 garlic cloves (minced)
  • salt
  • pepper

    Aioli

    • 1 cup mayonnaise
    • 3 tbsp. truffle oil
    • juice from ½ lemon

      Toppings

      • Sautéed mushrooms
      • Onions
      • Avocado

      Instructions:

      1. Mix burger ingredients together, forming four patties. Grill on medium-high heat for 4-5 minutes on each side.
      2. Mix all aioli ingredients together in a bowl and set aside.
      3. Place burger over greens and top with sautéed mushrooms and onions. Drizzle with aioli and finish with avocado slices.
      4. Enjoy!
