Pull the beef from your fridge.

Preheat a cast-iron skillet or stainless steel pan over medium-high heat.

Add beef to your skillet and begin to break it up with a wooden spoon.

Cook until you no longer see any pink spots, continuing to break up the pieces with a spoon.

Add salt and any other seasonings you'd like.

Continue to cook until browned all over.

Take it out of the skillet and dispose of any extra grease in the pan.
