The real solution isn’t the next big thing. It was actually the first big thing: Pre-Industrial food.

We'd like to take your beef in a new direction: backward. Before industrialization. Before lactose intolerant, gluten-free, non-GMO Project Verified, grain-free, were around. We are looking for the taste we remember from a time long forgotten. Pre grass fed beef in Connecticut, is sourced without feedlots, no added hormones, no unnecessary antibiotics, and no corn-fed cattle – back to the time before industrialization of food. We’re setting the taste clock back just before food got so weird, and keeping the quality there too.
