Cook it: The perfect kabob partner – slice into cubes, oil and season, then grill on skewers with veggies and fruit.

CHUCK ROAST
Taste it: Cook low and slow (or in an electric pressure cooker) for pull apart beef that's tender and tasty.
Cook it: The chuck is delicious reheated, so it's perfect for meal planning. Use it in scrambles, stews, tacos, and pull-apart beef BBQ.

80% LEAN GROUND BEEF BLOCKS
Taste it: The burger is all about the first bite. Not too fine, not too dry, just beefy, burger ecstasy.
Cook it: Salt liberally on both sides for a nice patty crust. Remember to oil both sides or oil your grilling grates so not a single bit of burger gets left behind.
