PREP: 10 min. ACTIVE: 10 min. DIFFICULTY Medium

Ingredients:

  • 5 oz of spinach
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 4 large halves of sun-dried tomatoes packed in olive oil, minced
  • 1 lb. Pre 92%-95% lean ground beef (either work well!)
  • 1 tsp olive oil (or the oil from the sun-dried tomatoes)
  • Neutral high heat oil for cooking the burger
  • Salt and pepper
    1. Preheat a large skillet or medium heat. Drizzle in 1 tsp of olive oil or the oil from your jar of sun-dried tomatoes. Add in your spinach and  cook until wilted.
    2. Turn off your heat and add in minced sun-dried tomatoes and the minced garlic. Once you can smell the garlic, transfer spinach mixture onto a place and allow to cool.
    3. When your spinach mixture has stopped steaming, gently mix into your Pre ground beef. Form burgers either into 6 sliders or 4 larger burgers.
    4. Season your patties on one side with salt and pepper and cook for about 4 minutes on your heated grill with the salted side down.
    5. Before you flip the burgers, season the side facing up, then flip. Cook for another 3-4 minutes.
    6. Top with basil leaves, Parmesan, thinly shaved red onion or your favorite burger toppings!
